We design for how people in the region actually use their phones. That means accounting for varying internet speeds, different screen sizes, and multiple languages. Your grandmother should be able to figure out your app without calling for help.

We test apps on older Android devices with spotty 3G connections, not just the latest iPhones with perfect WiFi. Your app needs to work in Tier 2 cities during rush hour, not just in a developer's office.
